Today we attended two pre purchase swimming pool inspections at Birkdale and Mount Cotton
We inspected the pool coping, pump filtration system, pressure testing all possible concealed plumbing.
We then tested all the penetrations using a hydrophone microphone and in pool dye testing.
Finally we conducted a through in pool inspection of the pebblecrte interiors checking for cracks or imperfections.
In the second inspection we noted some horizontal cracking above the water line under the coping.
We photographed and measured the crack before obtaining an estimation from a pool renovator for the cost of the repair.

We phoned both clients on site talking through the tests undertaken before completing detailed reports including images and videos.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
