This afternoon we attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Tamborine.
We tested the multi port valve, before inspecting and dye testing both skimmer boxes.
We then entered the pool and inspected the main drain/hydrostatic valve.
Our client advised that she has lost a dramatic amount of water since the recent rains.
We noted a unique hydrostatic valve which we have not seen previously.
We were unable to replace the valve however we did clean the drain and reset the existing valve.
We then inspected the skimmer boxes, return jets , solar suction jets before removing both light fittings and checking/dye testing where the cable penetrates the housing.

We detailed our observations to our client and gave her instructions to conduct a bucket test to determine if the leak has been resolved.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
