This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool inn Chapel Hill, we tested the multipart valve before inspecting and dye testing the skimmer box and return jets.

The local pool guy was in attendance who gave some insight.

We entered the pool and inspected the main drain which was full of debris, we cleaned the drain and replaced the hydrostatic valve.

We re dye tested the main drain.

We examined the old hydrostatic valve and noted the bottom ring was stretched, the spring was seized and the valve itself was slightly ajar.

We detailed our findings to our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
