This morning we attended to a reported leaking poebblecrete pool in Indooroopilly,
We noted the water was well below the bottom of the skimmer box, only the return lines, lights, solar suction provision and main drain including hydrostatic valve was still under water.

We inspected the pump filtration which was below the pool and we could hear water running into the stormwater drain. We undid the waste union and water was running into the waste pipe. The multi port valve has failed and needs replacing. We attempting to install an inline valve to no avail.

Whilst we were there we entered the pool and inspected and replaced the hydrostatic valve.

A local pool shop can assist in replacing the multi port valve

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
