We then attended to a reported concealed water leak at an acreage property in Bellbird Park
We conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 4547 litres per day. A pressure test failed.
We noted a lot of water over the patch and lawn area was sodden.
We introduced compressesd air, drilled some pilot holes in the tiled area under the front patio.
We then introduced water, then compressed air, tracer gas before locating the likely leak site in one of the drilled holes.

A high gas reading was obtained and air was seen and felt escaping from the likely leak site.

We detailed our observations to our client before arranging for a plumber to attend and complete the repair.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
