This morning we attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Wishart.

We conducted a series of tests which included checking the multi port valve, hydrophone microphone the skimmer, return jets , main drain and hydrostatic valve.

We then pressure tested the concealed plumbing namely the suction and return lines

We then entered the pool inspected the main drain and replaced the hydrostatic valve.

We then inspected some imperfections on the pool floor before checking the skimmer box , water line tiles and return jets.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
