We then attended to a concealed water leak in Birkdale, a water meter test revealed a leak of 1540 litres per day, a pressure test failed. We noted water running out ion the stormwater discharge at the street.

We isolated all the services then introduced compressed air and tracer gas and located the general vicinity of the leak close to the garage. We excavated to locate the failed 25mm poly pipe underneath the house footings. We videoed the leak site, consulted with a plumber who would attend the same day to complete the repair.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
