This morning we attended to a reported leaking concrete pool in Inala, we tested the multi port valve before inspecting and dye testing the skimmer box and the return jets. We noted there was some missing waterline tiles.
We entered the pool and inspected the main drain, we noted the drain was full of debris. We cleaned the drain and noted the main drain had been previously puttied. We removed the hydrostatic valve which was only hand tight. We removed the valve and noted gaps in the putty base. We reapplied further putty before installing a new hydrostatic valve. We re dye tested the site. We inspected the skimmer box and in and around the return jets.
