This morning we attended to conduct some pressure testing on concealed plumbing at a recently renovated fibreglass pool in Victoria Point. We were advised that another contractor had inadvertently drilled through the suction pipe. They did undertake the repairs but our client wanted the peace of mind that all pipes were secure.

We tested the suction and return and the spa line which all held pressure. We tested the pump and ensured all was fully primed.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
