This morning we attended and conducted a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Oxenford.
We conducted a series of tests which included checking the pump filtration system, inspecting the pool coping for loose or cracked coping. The we pressure tested all possible concealed plumbing. Further testing including using a hydrophone microphone to test all penetrations before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. Finally an in pool inspection of the walls and floor checking the integrity of the pool shell.

We phoned our client on site then completed a detailed report complete with images and videos of the testing conducted.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
