Leaking pebblecrete swimming detected and repaired in Ashgrove

This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete swimming pool in Ashgrove, our client was losing water when the pump was running as water was seen escaping from an aggi line.

We checked the multi port valve before looking at the pump filtration system, this pool has 2 x return jets, 2 x separate spa areas each consisting 2 out lets. There is a water feature and an in floor cleaning system. Add to this 2 x solar suction provisions and 1 x solar return provision.

We pressure tested the suction line which held pressure, we pressure tested the solar suction provision which also held pressure.

We then isolated and plugged the return jets before isolating the water feature line which stopped the water flowing into the aggi line. The water feature line has failed.

We isolated all the there outlets directing the water back through the return jets only.

We then entered the pool replaced the hydrostatic valve in the main drain which was full of debris before finally checking and dye testing the light cables which penetrates the light housing.
