We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete swimming pool in Mansfield, our client was adamant the leak was located in the main drain as this was a similar drop in water last year when the hydrostatic valve was replaced.

We inspected the skimmer box and checked the multi port valve before entering the pool and inspecting the main drain, we removed the hydrostatic valve cleaning it and applying thread tape before re installing the valve.

We dye test the main drain pipe which feeds back to the skimmer box, dye was seen escaping into the pipe opening.

We applied epoxy putty to the pipe opening as the most cost effective option before re dye testing it and the light cable and bracket holes.
