This morning we attended a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Helensvale.
We tested the multi port valve before entering the pool and removing the light fitting which was site of a previous leak.
We dye tested to see dye escaping through a split in the silicone.
We applied a large amount of epoxy putty over the leak site be re dye testing to find it secure.
We allowed the putty to set before we refitted the light fitting.
We inspected the main drain and replaced the hydrostatic valve.
We resolved a leak around the chlorinator cell.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
