01 Mar Cracked skimmer box detected and repaired in fibreglass pool in Shailer Park

We then attended to a reported leaking fibreglass pool in Shailer Park, we had attended previously in July last year.

We inspected the skimmer box which was the leak source last time and the previous putty had opened up causing the pool to again leak, clearly movement in the pool.

We dye tested confirming the leak site before applying further putty to the inside the skimmer box.

We educated our client about completing further repairs in the future to avoid further costs not withstanding the skimmer box may need replacing.

We noted the the hydrostatic valve bottom o-ring had broken, we entered the pool and dye tested before replacing the hydrostatic valve.
