We then attended to a reported concealed water leak in Brookwater. A water meter test revealed a leak of 2979 litres per day, we isolated the irrigation control valve which did not stop the water meter moving.
We then isolated all the services inside the house and rechecked the water meter which continued to move.

We then isolated the water main and pressure tested the water line, air and water was seen to be bubbling away through the expansion joints in the concrete driveway close to the outside tap.

We noted the irrigation control box also was full of water.

We showed our client off our findings and then detailed our observations to her builder who would re run the.
water line.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
