We then attended to a reported weeping pebblcrete pool in Nundah
We noted water weeping on the side of the pool in the pump filtration area.
We tested the multi port valve before pressure testing both the suction and return lines.
The suction held the return line did not.
We entered the pool and inspected the return jets one of which had a hairline crack. We puttied over using epoxy putty.
We checked the main drain and noted No hydrostatic valve.
We checked the waterline tiles and at pebblecrete walls and floor.
We talked through our findings with our client and discussed some further testing the client can do to reduce costs and options going forward.
