We then travelled to a reported failed hydrostatic valve in a pebblecrete pool in Bardon, our client contacted us on Sunday to report a sudden drop in their pool water after their pool was flood with rain and mud after a recent rain event.

We checked the multi port valve before inspecting and dye testing the skimmer box.
We then entered the pool and inspected the main drain noted a lot of debris in the drain.
We removed the hydrostatic valve before we cleaned the drain, re thread taped the valve and reinstalled it.
We re dye tested the drain and hydrostatic valve before removing and inspecting both light fittings.

We completed a detailed description of our findings and the probable cause for consideration by our clients insurance company.
