This morning we attended to conduct a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Wellington Point
Tests were conducted on the pool pump filtration, pressure testing on all possible concealed plumbing, hydrophone and dye testing of the penetrations. We also inspected the brick coping pavers before conducting an in pool inspection of the pebblecrete walls and floors.
We phoned our client and provided him our feedback before providing a comprehensive report, images & videos to our client on the same day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
