This morning we attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Wellington Point
We conducted a series of tests which included physical inspection of the pool/spa and coping tiles.
Pressure testing of all possible concealed plumbing.
Hydrophone and in pool dye testing of all penetrations.
Finally an in pool inspection of the pebblecrete walls and floors.
Checking pump filtration including multi port valve.
We phoned our client and provided an overall of our testing which was followed by a comprehensive report including images and videos by the close of business.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
