05 Feb Hydrostatic valve replaced in a pebblecrete swimming pool in Alexandra Hills
We then attended to replace a hydrostatic valve in a pebblecrete swimming pool in Alexandra Hills. Our client’s pool was not currently leaking and wanted the valve replaced as a preventative measure going forward.
Hydrostatic valves should be checked and or replaced every 5-7 years.
We entered the pool and noted the drain full of debris, after clearing the drain, we dye tested and replaced the hydrostatic valve noting the top o-ring had diminished in size over the years.
We refitted a broken light fitting. We checked the main drain, return jets, skimmer box and pump filtration system.
