We then travelled to conduct testing on a reported leaking tiled pool in a complex in Surfers Paradise, we were briefed by the onsite manager. We reviewed a previous contractors attendance. We tested the suction line which held pressure. We entered the pool and removed the light fittings and dye tested the cables. We replaced the hydrostatic valve. We were unable to pressure test the return line due to plumbing configurations. We plugged the return line and asked our client to conduct a bucket test to determine the leak source.

We will reattend on Saturday to review the findings.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
