Yesterday we attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Victoria Point, we tested the pump filtration before pressure testing all the concealed plumbing. We then used a hydrophone microphone to check all the penetrations. We inspected the tiled coping and the skimmer box. We used our Leaktrac 2400 to test the integrity of the fibreglass interior noting the fibreglass was in need of renovation.
We arranged for a quotation for the fibreglass interior
Finally we entered the pool and inspected and dye tested the skimmer box, return jets and main drain/hydrostatic valve.

We then conducted an in pool examination of the fibreglass walls and floor.

We phoned our client on site and talked through the testing conducted.
We the provided a written report the same day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
