Leaking pebblecrete pool detected in Woodend

We then attended to a newly installed pebblecrete pool in Woodend which the owner claims has been leaking since installed. We tested the Multi port valve before pressure testing all concealed plumbing which included suction , return and solar suction and solar return provisions. All these held pressure.

We noted 2 hairline cracks in the skimmer box which we dye tested and found Not be leaking.
We then entered the pool and dye tested the blower holes before inspecting the main drain and hydrostatic valve. We noted the drain to be full of debris we cleaned out the drain, removed, re thread taped and re installed the hydrostatic valve.

We then removed both light fittings and dye tested the housing and cables.

We suspect the hydrostatic valve may have opened and then failed to reset properly due to the debris in the main drain. Our client will monitor the water levels.
