We then attended to a concealed water leak in Cleveland, a water meter test revealed a leak of 43,200 litres per day. A pressure test failed.

We introduced a combination of compressed air and tracer before obtaining a gas reading under a hedge close to the water meter.

We discussed options with our elderly client and her children and always acting in our clients best interest we installed a new line from the water meter to the house.

We tested the line to find it now secure before cleaning the site .

We assisted our client to make a claim to their water provider for a rebate of some of the excess water charges caused by the concealed leak.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
