We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Helensvale. We tested the multi port valve which was leaking to waste. Our client will engage her pool serviceman to replace the spider gasket on the multi port valve.

We then tested the suction and return lines to identify both lines were not holding pressure.

The suction line leak is located near the near of the skimmer box under a pebblecrete path. Water and air was seen escaping where the skimmer box meets the path.

We exact leak site of the return line is yet to be determined, however the pipework appears to be rocks and dirt. Further testing needs to be conducted to locate and repair the leak site.

We then entered the pool and inspected and replaced the 20 year old hydrostatic valve.

We then compiled a report back to our client for forwarding to her insurance company for their consideration and approval of the works required.
