This morning we attended to a reported damaged suction line caused by an inadvertent crow bar. Our licenced plumber completed the repair before we tested the suction line which did not hold pressure, three further leaks were located in the suction line. These were repaired then a final test which finally found the suction line secure.

We tested the return line which held pressure. We tested the spa line which did not hold pressure. We located a damaged 40mm pipe which was repaired. We re tested and found it secure.

Four leaks in the suction line and one leak in the spa line. Detected, repaired and now and all secure.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
