This morning we attended Thorneside and conducted a swimming pool pre purchase inspection. We conducted an examination of the pool shell and coping, before pressure testing the concealed plumbing, Hydrophone and dye testing of the penetrations.

We then entered the pool and dye tested all the penetrations including skimmer box, main drain, hydrostatic valve and return jets. Before conducting an in pool examination of the pebblecrete interior

We phoned our overseas client before completing a detailed report including images and videos by the end of the business day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
