This morning we attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Indooroopilly, we tested the pump filtration before pressure testing all the concealed plumbing. We then used a hydrophone microphone to check all the penetrations. We inspected the brick coping and the skimmer box, noting a leak under the overflow pipe.
Finally we entered the pool and inspected and dye tested the skimmer box, return jets and main drain/hydrostatic valve.

We then conducted an in pool examination of the concrete walls and floor.

We met our client on site and talked through the testing conducted.
We provided a written report.
