This morning we attended to a reported high water bill at property in Eight Mile Plains. Our interstate landlord requested us to attend and conduct some testing.
We noted upon arrival the water meter was not moving. We isolated all the services inside the house and then checked the water meter again.
Finally we conducted a pressure test on the water supply which held pressure.

There is no leak identified at that property. Possible causes for high water bill include tenant consumption or a mis read of the water meter by the water provider.

Anyway a great outcome for our client.
