This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak, a water meter test revealed a leak of 400 litres per day, a pressure test failed.
We introduced compressed air then tracer gas and swept the inside of the property, we obtained a gas reading close to the meter box. We excavated to locate a failed connection on the clients side of the water meter. Our licensed plumber completed the repair be we tested the repair then the whole line to find it secure.
We reinstated the garden bed and assisted our client re completing a insurance claim and a rebate for some of the excess water charges through they water provider.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
