We then attended to another concealed water leak this time in Holland Park West, we conducted a water meter test which identified a leak of 2618 litres per day. A pressure test failed. Water was seen pooling over an adjoining footpath.

After tracing the line and introducing compressed air we identified a general vicinity of the leak site under a concrete driveway. We drilled a number of pilot holes then introduced water, air and tracer gas before honing in on the leak site.

We then used a concrete saw to removed a section of concrete and excavated to locate a failed 25mm poly pipe.
Our licenced plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair then the whole line to find it secure.

We backfilled with sand and reinstated the concrete section before cleaning and gernied the site.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
