This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in East Brisbane, our client advised that her neighbour had reported wetness adjacent to our client’s pool. We conducted a series of tests which included pressure testing all concealed plumbing which identified a leaking return line. Given there were solar provisions which were not being used in the pool after discussions with our client we configured the plumbing , blocking off the leaking return jets and redirecting the return jets into the water feature suction line and redirecting the water feature suction line into the unused solar suction line.
We tested the repair and both pumps to find then secure and free of leaks. We entered the pool and replaced the hydrostatic valve as a preventative measure going forward before inspecting the light cable.
