We then attended to another reported swimming pool leak again at the request of our insurance company client. We conducted a series of tests to identify a structural crack in the pebblecrete wall. This pool was renovated 6 years where a structural crack was professionally repaired. The pool has moved again causing the crack.
We pressure tested the concealed plumbing before entering the pool and dye testing the cracks. We applied epoxy putty to the crack as a temporary measure until the claim has been assessed.
We completed a detailed report including video and images back to our client for their assessment.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
