We then attended to a reported concealed water leak in Carina Heights, this is our third leak at this property. We introduced tracer gas and obtained a very high gas reading coming from the ORG sewer vent at the rear of the property. This would indicate the gas we introduced into the water line is finding its way into sewer drain and escaping at the location.

Pinpointing the actual leak site in this situation is extremely problematic.

We discussed our findings with our client and liaised with another plumber leak detector to attend and quote for new water line. This is definitely in our client’s best interest.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
