07 Nov Concealed water leak detection and repair in Wishart
This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak in Wishart. A water meter test revealed a leak of 360 litres per day, a pressure test failed. After tracing the line and introducing a combination of compressed air, water and tracer gas we located the leak being under stormwater drains between the garden bed and the water meter.
Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair then the whole line to find it secure.
We backfilled with sand before reinstating the site.
