This morning we attended to a reported leaking concrete pool in Holland Park, we noted a previous putty site on the wall of the pool.
We inspected and dye tested the site to find it leaking. We applied epoxy putty over the whole site before re dye testing to find it secure.
We tested the multi port valve before pressure testing the suction line which held pressure. We attempted to test the return line but were unable due to the unique return fittings.
We set up a bucket test for our client to re test the pool.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
