We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Carseldine. We attended the property in November 2022 and on that occasion noted a structural crack in the pebblecrete wall. We applied epoxy putty as a temporary measure and now the pool is leaking again. Our client is getting a permanent expensive rectification of the structural crack but wanted us to test the pipework, skimmer box and main drain to ensure the remainder of the pool is secure. We tested the pipework and entered the pool and noted the previous puttied site we repaired was still in tact however the previous repaired had reopened causing a leak site as well as a new crack.

We dye tested and reputtied over the entire crack until the further works are performed.
