This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak in Sunnybank Hills. A water meter test revealed a leak of 7200 litres per day. A pressure test failed, we noted water escaping from weep holes at the base of a retaining wall.
We introduced compressed air and excavated to locate a failed 25,, poly pipe. Our licenced plumber configured the pipework and we tested the repair and then the whole line to find it now secure.

We assisted our client too seek a rebate from their water provider on some of the excess water charges caused by the concealed leak.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
