This morning we attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Sinnamon Park, after conducting a series of tests we identified the return pipe work was not holding pressure. Using a Sewer Gas detector we identified the leak to be behind a return jet under a concrete path with pavers.

Being mindful of cost we reconfigured the plumbing and retested the line to find it now secure.
We then entered the pool and inspected and replaced the hydrostatic valve and checked the light cabling.
