We then attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Victoria Point.
We conducted a series of tests which include pipe pressure testing, hydrophone testing and in pool dye testing and inspection of the pebblecrete shell and water feature.
We identified the hydrostatic valve was leaking and after discussion with he vendor it was agreed to replace it at his expense.

A detailed report was prepared on the same day after a verbal debriefing was provided to our client.
