This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Logan Village. We tested the multi port valve which was leaking, we installed a in line shut off valve.
We hydrophone and dye tested the skimmer, returns, light and main drain.
We then pressure tested the concealed plumbing, suction line held, return line did not.
We located the leak using Tracer gas being behind a return jet under a pebblecrete path.
Our tradesman client would complete the repair.

We entered the pool and inspected dye tested and replaced the hydrostatic valve before dye testing the light and return internals.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
