This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebbelcrete pool in Anstead. We were directly to a number of structural cracks in the pool. We tested the multi port valve, then pressure tested all concealed plumbing before testing all penetrations using a hydrophone microphone.
We enetered the pool inspected, dye tested and replaced the original hydrostatic valve before closely examining the structural cracks leaks were identified in cracking on either side of the step.
As a interim measure we applied epoxy putty to the sites before re dye testing. We walked thru the testing with our client before providing her with a name and number of a contractor who can complete a conventional long term repair to the structural cracking.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
