This morning we attended to a reported swimming pool prime issue in The Gap. We tested the pump filtration upon arrival and noted the pool pump and the chlorinator would not prime.
We set about testing the concealed plumbing both the suction and return line, noting the skimmer box had been previously repaired.
We re connected the pump, checking the union fittings between the pump and the chlorinator and sand filter before re priming the pump to find it now operating correctly.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
