We recently attended to a reported subsidance of concrete adjacent to a dwelling in Strathpine. Our client had engaged an structural engineer who recommended we attend and check the integrity of the underground services on the property.

We checked the water meter before conducting a CCTV camera inspection of the sewer and storm water drains closest to the affected area.

We identified a number tree root intrusions in the sewer line and blockages in Bothe the sewer and stormwater drains. Using our locator we marked the locations of the defects parts of the drain including its depth.

We completed a report including referral to another contractor who can reline the sewer drain.
