This morning we attended and conducted CCTV inspection on a sewer line on a residential property in Strathpine.

Our client had an engineer attend and conduct an inspection regarding some movement in the concrete around the property.

We interred out camera and identified a number of tree root intrusions in the line. We located the exact position of each sites on the surface including confirming the depth of the drain.

We inspected the stormwater system as well as checked the mains water supply into the property.

We completed a report including providing access to the CCTV footage including options for rectification.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
