This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Springfield. We conducted a series of tests which included testing the pipework, checking pipe filtration system, checking the integrity of the fibreglass shell, inspection of the coping before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We phoned our client after the inspection before completing a written report including images/videos within 24 hours

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
