This morning we attended to a reported leaking fibreglass swimming pool in Forest Lake.
Our client had some insurance assessors attend and state the suction line around the skimmer box had failed. As such our client hired a concrete saw and removed a section of concrete only to find the line secure.

We dye tested the return jets and noticed dye quickly being drawn into the return jet. We used our CCTV camera to located cracking around the internal return jet. We applied epoxy putty to the leak site.

We then pressure tested both lines to find them secure before entering the pool and inspecting before replacing the 50mm hydrostatic valve.

We then inspected the skimmer box and the internal fittings whilst in the pool.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
