This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Chapel Hill, we tested the multi port valve before testing the concealed plumbing, we identified the return line was not holding pressure, we conducted further testing which located the leak site near one of the return jets. Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair then the line to find it now secure.
We entered the pool and inspected the light cables, skimmer box and replaced the original hydrostatic valve.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
