Yesterday we attended to conduct some leak testing on a ensuite shower in response to a pest and build report raised some concerns of high moisture readings.
We conducted a series of tests which included a shower base dye flood test which concluded the seal between the shower screen and shower base and the seal between the shower screen and tiled walls were not secure.

Our purchaser client was on site and we detailed our findings, completed a report with recommendations to rectify which in this case is re sealing the the shower screen.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
