This morning we attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Regents Park.
We conducted a number of tests which included pressure testing of pipework, hydrophone and dye testing of all penetrations. Inspection and leak testing of pump filtration system, visual inspection of pool coping and finally an in pool inspection dye testing of the all the penetrations as well as physical inspection of the pools walls and floor.

We phoned our client after the inspection detailing our findings then completed a report including images and video back to our client by the close of the business day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
